Confirm and pay for your order online
Collect in-store
Please ensure you bring with you a valid form photo ID, your email confirmation for your order and proof of payment e.g. credit card that was used to make the purchase.
Processing time:
Please allow at least 2 hours for your order to be packed prior to collection.
Orders placed before 2pm Sydney Time. Orders placed after 2pm will be eligible for pickup the next day.
We have a 10-day Return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, you will then be supplied with an online store credit E-voucher which will allow you to make make a separate purchase for the new item.
