Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers; Australia Post, DHL.

Australia 

Free Express Delivery on Orders Over $375AUD Australia Wide. Express Delivery on Orders Below $375AUD will be a flat rate of $20AUD.

For Australia customers, orders are expected to reach customers 1-3 business days after confirmation.

Same Day Delivery Metro Sydney ONLY Flat Rate of $45AUD. Orders placed before 2pm Sydney Time. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered next day.

New Zealand

Free Express Delivery on Orders Over $500AUD NZ Wide. Express Delivery on Orders Below $500AUD will be a flat rate of $40AUD.

For New Zealand customers, orders are expected to reach customers 3-5 business days after confirmation and payment authentication.

Rest of the World

International Orders will be an Express Delivery Flat Rate of $50AUD.

For International customers, orders are expected to reach customers 3-7 business days after confirmation and payment authentication.

Additional Shipping Information

Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. Averlo cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.

Please be advised we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use may require a signature to confirm delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from Averlo or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Averlo. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

International Duties and Taxes:

Orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), and it is the responsibility of the customers' should they be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon importation on any applicable customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government. 

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Averlo in order to receive a refund. In the event, the order is returned, these charges will not be refundable.
