Are Averlo products authentic?

All products are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Averlo sources all stock from reputable and certified luxury distributors.

How do I place an order?

1. Select any item you wish to purchase from our online store.

2. Once you have done so, choose your size under the dropdown menu of an item and click “Add to Cart”. You will see a number appear next to the shopping bag icon indicating the number of items you have in your cart.

3. When you are ready to check out, click on the bag icon and you will be taken to a page with a summary of the items you wish to purchase.

4. Click on "Proceed to checkout"

5. Enter your details and address and make payment to finalise your purchase.

Do you have a physical store?

Averlo does not currently have a brick & mortar store but our warehouse is located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Where do my orders ship from?

All orders are shipped from our stock on hand in our warehouse located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

When will my order arrive?

For Australia customers, orders are expected to reach customers 1-3 business days after confirmation.

For New Zealand customers, orders are expected to reach customers 3-5 business days after confirmation and payment authentication.

For International customers, orders are expected to reach customers 3-7 business days after confirmation and payment authentication.

All orders are shipped with priority express shipping.

Averlo cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in payment approval, and other such matters.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, click Request A Return or alternatively at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.

How long does it take to process my return?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the retrun was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically credited via a store credit E-voucher.
