Refund policy
Returns
We have a 10-day Returns policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that there are NO refunds for returned items with the exception of damaged, defective or wrong items delivered (Please see below)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, you will then be supplied with an online store credit E-voucher which will allow you to make a separate purchase for the new item.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale Returns
Sale Items can be returned for an Online Store Credit E-voucher, unless they were purchased during a Promotional Sales period, or where a promo code was applied on top of a sale price, or are marked "FINAL SALE".

If your return is accepted, Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided.
You are responsible for all incurred return shipping fees when initiating a return. All shipping costs will be deducted from the Client's final credit amount.
Items may only be returned one time for a replacement order.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and are not eligible for return, including sale items Promotional Sales period, or where a promo code was applied on top of a sale price, or are marked "FINAL SALE".
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify accordingly.
Store Credit / Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be credited via an E-Voucher or if your item was returned due to damage/defect automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
